This is an unfair match up for the other two participants. Naruto in base form is as strong as an academy genin (including the adult Gaiden version of Naruto). Naruto needs his monsters to become strong.

The title should be changed to: Luffy vs Natsu Dragneel (not Igneel damn it) vs Naruto + 1 tailed + 2 tailed + 3 tailed + 4 tailed + 5 tailed + 6 tailed + 7 tailed + 8 tailed + 9 tailed beasts + Sage of Six Paths chakra enhancements.

@snes9x: Genin is pretty low for his base form don't you think?

rasen shuriken destroys his hands if he launches it in base, he can only launch it in sage mode (and higher modes) because of the stat boosts and hard skin he mlde provides. read the manga please.

It doesn't matter how he gets his powers. That has nothing to do with the fight. The only way a fight would be unfair is if you nerfed a character for no good reason, or gave them powers they didn't have. Has Naruto ever won a fight with Sage Mode? Yes, he beat the Third Raikage, and did pretty well against Pain, better than Jiraiya did. And Naruto defeated the Kyuubi and controls his powers now.

Rasenshuriken gradually destroys the hands, but using it once in a fight won't considering he used it during training and twice against Kakuzu. And my point about the Rasenshuriken/Planetary Rasengan, etc is too show that Naruto is still Kage level even in base. Calling base Naruto genin level is just massively downplaying him considering he took down S-class ninja in base.

As for the thread, it's a massive mismatch. Nobody in One Piece/fairy tail is even hurting base Naruto, let alone any other version

1: Nope, he learned the history of the Raikage and thought of a way to defeat him in the middle of battle.

2: He didn't win with just Sage Mode but he did pretty good with it against Pain for a while, taking out five of his bodies..

3: He overpowered the Kyuubi with is attacks though and did most of the work. Either way he controls the Kyuubi's chakra now.

4: He's displayed plenty of Kage level techniques, yes.

5: RS won't destroy his hand from only a couple of uses, and he won't be in base while fighting Natsu, and Luffy, and he has various other ways of one shotting them considering he's better in nearly every category.

6: He defeated Kabuto as a Genin (not S-class, but still Jonin level), he defeated Kakuzu in base, he defeated Muu with a technique he can use in base.

@snes9x: he's above Genin. He did learn safe mode and has some good techniques like shadow clone and Rasengan under his belt. Plus saying it's unfair that he simply has his powers is ludicrous. That's like saying call this Luffy + Gum gum fruit + Haki etc. Why would you not allow Naruto his power set?

All that said. Naruto wins handily.

look idiot, there are nine entities inside naruto's mind that he can beg for assistance at any given time. the difference between luffy's DF and naruto's pets is the devil fruit isn't a living being unlike naruto's tb's.

@snes9x: The devil fruit gave luffy several different applications and traits that makes him the immense powerhouse he is in the first place you moron. It gave him his ridiculous durability, it gave him the capability to create things such as gear second and gear third and especially gear fourth. It gave him the haphazard versatility he has now. And his training from haki amplified this to its greatest extent.

Naruto still had to train to use kurama. He still had to be in perfect sync with him. Kurama may give him the chakara and power but naruto is the one steering the controls. Naruto still had to create new variations of the jutsu he knows, he had to adapt and get better, get stronger. His skills further and further increased. Not just with kurama. Even then it would not matter. That's like trying to discredit ironman for using his suit. Or batman for using prep time. Or better yet, Flash for using the speed force in a fight. You cannot do that. These are traits that are specifically catered to these characters. Luffy trained to use his powers. Same applies to naruto.

You complain about the nine entities, but even before he was pretty damn powerful with only one(while naruto strictly was under control and was not in a full on partnership with kurama.) And even then yet again naruto had to control said power. No vessel for kurama in the history of naruto has ever managed to get to the level of control and power that naruto did with kurama aside from minato.

And its funny how you talk crap about naruto being nothing without his powers when the same basically applies to natsu since his strength isn't much without his magic amplifying it.

First of all. It adds onto the chakara he already has. How is that any different from Luffy using the devil fruit to enhance himself? As for tips? Why is that a big deal? even then there isn't many tips kurama could give naruto considering naruto is one of the greatest strategist in the entire series. And you are still ignorning the fact that naruto is steering the controls. He is manipulating the chakara in ways nobody has ever done before. Adding on HIMSELF to the things he was capable of doing. Again what you are trying to do is no different from discrediting other fictional fighters. Kurama has been apart of naruto since the first episode. Trying to discredit it is biased and unfair.

Second off, how is something that is not living a dumbass? How is a statement that comes from someone a dumbass? Its a statement, its not capable of having a certain level of IQ. then why did he ask kurama for help during the entire war arc? why was kurama's chakra so depleted naruto cant get anymore after the naruto vs sasuke vote 2 fight? point is, kurama did most of the work against sasuke, he replenishes naruto's chakra whenever he wastes his own. heck, kurama gathered massive amounts of natural energy so naruto can stalemate against sasukes indras arrow while naruto is keeping him busy. two characters are at work during that fight. is that a 1vs1? no dumbass.

1. I don't understand your point at all. Heck even during the sasuke vs naruto fight when kurama had no more chakara to give him he was fighting to the death against sasuke. And again you missed the point entirely. Naruto is given the chakara, Naruto uses the chakara. Its very simple. Its like tony stark using his iron man suit. Naruto has a weapon, so he uses it. You are trying way too hard to lowball.
