I am trying to figure out the title of this Kung Fu movie, I know the plot and around what year it came out. It must of come out in the late 90s cause I remember seeing it as a kid. The plot is about 2 brother that are monks and I believe they were twins, they come to a big city and get in trouble with the law somehow, one of them becomes a warlord and the other stays a monk. They show the journey through each ones life. One is training the emperor's soldiers in gruesome ways, such as having the do pop up flips on a large rock just at the base of the neck. While his brother becomes enlighten and they end up fighting each other. I though the my fellow Viners could help me out.
