In a One Piece thread, I noticed that the abilities of Logias were being slightly.misunderstood. Now, a Logia is someone with the power to create control and become a certain element. The more powerful Logias can reflexively become intangible upon being hit, eliminating most possibilities for sneak attacks and speedblitzes to work.
However they aren't unbeatable, just nornall invulnerable to physical harm. If someone say...shoved a bomb into Admiral Kizaru's mouth, it'd blow him up and he would reform. However, to say he, or any Logia could reform from being spread out a few thousand.kilometers is quite a bit stretch. I wouldn't see any Logia reforming from getting hit with an island destroying explosion.
