Happening with issue 18. Makes sense with Lobdell doing Superman and stuff. I'm excited for this, I quite like Scott Lobdell but sometimes he's a bit wordy and can be a bit hit or miss.

I like the new writer dude. Might check it out.

Interesting. I'm a fan of Lobdell but James Tynion IV shows a lot of talent in Talon and Batman #0 so that should be cool.

What's Tynion done?

Doubt I'll be picking this backup without Rocafort, though.

Aside from winning his fair share of Matt Groening lookalike competitions, Talon, Batman backups. He's apparently Scott Snyder's protégé.

I miss Rocafort too though he's on Superman so thats good for him.

Rocafort is awesome he is better than Jim Lee in my opinion.

I think this is good news. I loved RHatO when it first came out, but I think the writing has gotten a little stale lately. It will be nice for a change to freshen thing sup a little bit.

Well his Red Hood and the Outlaws wasn't that bad but I am relieved that we will get a new writer.

Nice. I will miss Lobdell, but I love Tynion's work at DC. So no big loss. Haven't been thrilled with TT, so maybe this will give Lobdell more time to focus on that series.

I'd love that too. I was super pumped for teen titans when it started but I was pretty let down :/

So far, I wish theyd put Lobdell in charge of all things relating to the Superman Family. He can take them further into the Silver Age greatness, like he has been with Supes. And I like that he's been giving him much more attitude.

Tynion's track record so far has been solid.

Honestly this is a good thing. Lobdell while not terrible on the title was very hit and miss with his plots and I just didn't feel that his Jason Todd would go out on space adventures. He had a good grasp on the characters and his Jason was the best thing in the title but I think I would much rather read a more Bat family oriented Red Hood series.
