Have you ever found any continuity issues in any comics that just seem really lazy? I know all continuity errors are generally due to laziness but what have you found that seems especially bad? Scans are not necessary but would be good.
For me the biggest one I've seen is in Amazing Spider-Man #1 where Stan Lee forgot what he had named Peter and just winged it instead of checking to find the actual answer.
