lol I was expecting it to be a battle. Anyways, I'm pretty sure I'd rather live in Latveria. North Korea...isn't healthy.
I don't know much about Latveria but if Dr. Doom at least somewhat takes care of his citizens I would choose his place plus I think Doom can protect his country much better then Kim Jong-Un. Although Doom is probably less funny than Kim Jong-un is.
