The Supreme Court of United States will be passing judgement on a long standing law that states once copyrighted material is bought the owner has a right to resell the material. What will overturning this "First Sale" ruling mean to comic shops? Comic conventions? Garage sales? Or the entire back issue market? Most new comics are printed in Canada and have been since the early 90s. Does this mean no one will ever be able to sell me a copy of Adventure Comics #247? What should collectors do or can do about the potential of losing the back issue market?
