Justice League question

I know Green Arrow and Hawkman will be part of the team and they both have their own solo books. So how will they be able to be in both books at the same time? Also will the writers of Green Arrow and Hawkman have a say in how they are written so they don't act one way in the solo books and another way in the Justice League book?

@Catsnlynne: They'll be part of the Justice League of America not the Justice League. JLA is an upcoming book, in Justice League they members are very resistant to adding new members.

@Catsnlynne:All of the characters in Justice League apart from Cyborg have their own solo cimics books so they'll probably do the same for Green Arrow,Vibe,Katanna,Hawkman and Catwoman

Just pretend that the characters in different titles are different characters.
