I was thinking today how some viners believe that the joker is actually dumb and i think that's one of the biggest misconceptions in comics. I think the joker is the perfect polar opposite of batman. As most people agree that batman can do incredible things with enough preptime well so can the joker! In every story i read of him he plans everything out to the last detail! Even in movies think dark knight he makes harvey think all his actions are random but they're not he plans out every option to cause chaos and only chooses to make it seem random to further throw off the bat and scare civilians. I once heard that the joker has become the living embodiment of the chaos theory (it's a theory that states that everything has an order, no matter how random there is always a pattern). Thats at least how i view him how do you view the joker?

“It's quite possible we may actually be looking at some kind of super-sanity here. A brilliant new modification of human perception, more suited to urban life at the end of the twentieth century...That's why some days he's a mischievous clown, others a psychopathic killer. He creates himself each day. He sees himself as the lord of misrule and the world as a theater of the absurd.”
