Joker in Arrow?

Wouldnt the Joker be a perfect villain for the Arrow TV Series?

No, Joker without a mention of Batman is like building a brick wall without mortar, it can be done but it makes a s**tty wall.

Joker can be done with out Batman, jeez.

But I don't think they would do Joker justice, BUT I would love to hear the mention of the Joker in Arrow

Pretty sure they aren't allowed, because of DC's dumb embargoes on certain characters. [For example they're banned from using Wonder Woman characters because there's a shelved tv pilot going on which I am very bitter about]

But they'll probs mention Gotham at some point.

Green Arrow is stealing everything Batman.

Why not call it Batman instead of Arrow, half the characters are taken from him and it feels more like a Batman series than a GA one.
