jack nicholson's or Heath Ledger's joker?

I like Heath ledgers because the acting was technically brilliant and really fit the tone of the film. Jack's was good too, but i just prefer the dark knight's joker. What do you think??

Heath Ledger. Jack Nicholson's Joker was evil, but he was almost funny. Ledger's Joker was an evil that you felt down your spine.

Hamill>Ledger>Nicholson.

Heath by far.

Ledger,no disrespect to jack. But when I see his joker,I don't see the joker,I see jack Nicholson in joker make up,when I see ledgers joker I see A joker,like an else worlds type,less jokey,more scarey......maybe. I'll alway prefer hamills thou,wish he could do a dark knight returns live action. Won'thappen though......but iI can dream,right?

Jack Nicholson was the better Joker for his time.

Heath Ledger is the better Joker for his time.

Comics evolve, Joker changed as a character too.

Too many different factors to compare.

Personally, I liked Jack's more.

Ledger's Joker, I felt, was a criminal with the name the Joker, whereas Nicholson was the Joker who is also a criminal
