tony can't use it and till we finally see arno use it, i would consider celestial armor aka ziran armor as the most advanced to date.

Well it did sort of kill a few billion celestials.

WWH nearly killed everyone on Marvel Earth while Ultron can't even take down Avengers with prep time

Ultron has actually defeated the whole Avengers with just a single attack before.

WWH had help and prep time. Ultron is almost always defeated by magic or matter manipulation, both if which Hulk does not possess.

WWH can´t damage Ultron, while Ultron has plenty of ways to defeat him.

Theres many versions of ultron one of which took down all of marvel earth by himself and he was fighting actual threats like surfer, real blakc bolt, all inhumans,mutantss,avengers, WWH didnt even fight thor, he ddnt fight black bolt, heck he stalemated the weakest version of sentry he is no where near ultrons level @leonkarlen123:

It was probably one of his secondary adamantium clones. He can create entire armies of them. You're probably misunderstanding what Ultron is, he's not even really a robot per se. He's more like a disembodied consciousness. Even when one of his bodies dies, he never really dies. The last time his main body was destroyed, his consciousness just floated around for a while until it was picked up by another alien race. Then through sheer force of will, he took over that entire race.

In Age of Ultron, he actually succeeded in taking down ALL of Marvel Earth, not just the Avengers. Also, in Annihilation Conquest, he took control of an entire galaxy. Safe to say he's the most dangerous.

This is one of the reasons I find Ultron so cool. A disembodied consciousness, and yet, what remains when you isolate him from the mechanisms of his host body? Encoded memory? Propositions? Drives? Convictions? What does his bare bones form look like, what is it made of, and how does it travel through space?

He has manhandled Thor every time they have fought. He's one shotted Thor on at least 2 occasions that i know of.

No, Vision is.. or at least because in the Age of Ultron movie we will see it will be Vision who defeats Ultron in the end, one can easily say then Vision is the most powerful science based character (at least in cinematic universe)
