Is this "new site" still a beta?

Don't get me wrong, I love the new site.

But when I scrolled down to the bottom of the page I see this: "The Comic Vine beta is under active construction. All data added is temporary and will be wiped regularly. Report bugs here."

Does this mean it's still a beta, or that they haven't removed the warning yet?
