As the title says is there? I got this thought while watching TV and this scene of the Justice Friends(Dexter's Lab) came on.

Yes corny I know and lol, but I think it would be an interesting concept for a superhero if it hasn't been done yet.

If you consider singing as music, then Music Meister comes to mind.

Don't know if he used it as a weapon but wasn't there a guy in Strife's crew that used to constantly sing while he was fighting? Think his name was reaper..

Dazzler's songs and voice often have villains and heroes alike on their knees screaming in pain. The White Violin was not a hero but she was an awesomely designed character that played a violin to wicked cool effect. Music was her destructive power. Do Siren's count? Can Jiggly Puff count? Songbird? My fav example would be out of comics, in Kung Fu Hustle two old masters play music to create invisible blades.
