Is The Winter Soldier Gonna Be an Origin Film?

Atfer Reading where Frank Grillo say that he has future movies beyond Cap 2. Then Sharon Carter who posed to be cap`s love interest appears to be playing second to Black Widow, so I guess the more just introducing her in this film. Then also I get chills from Robert Redford`s character, the way he talks in the trailer he seems like he has a much sinister Plan he developing on a grand scale. So I`m guessing his character may be around for more movies.Then you know falcon and bucky gonna be in more Capt America movies. So I`m guessing we`ll be seeing these characters a lot more maybe in other marvel films
