Is the Quicksilver hate warranted?

It seems to me that QS is the most hated hero on the Vine. Its actually somewhat of a running joke; u wanna start trouble on the vine just mention QS.

Mention QS and you'll instantly be bombarded with comments like: QS slower than Usian bolt, he's the worst jobber of all time, NOBODY LIKES HIM ANYWAYS, he wish he was the Flash etc...

So what is the cause of this hate, is it warrante and do u feel QSs even hated at all?

@appzashok: the difference here is we know why Batman is hated. large fanbase means more vocal fans. more vocal fans means more vocal haters. Its not Batman thats hated its the fans who swears he can beat everyone from Silver Surfer to Squirl girl. but why QS?

I have never really seen any hate for Quicksilver. This is news to me.

To start hate you have to ask "how fast is Quicksilver!" and the Flash fanboys are the first ones in ready to tell you how fast he isn't :P

I don't hate Quicksilver but I lost a lot of respect for him after his roles in House Of M/Decimation and his subsequent lies about it.

'eh, he was a cool Avenger in the 70's. I'm indifferent for the most part. He's Magneto's son, which is in general the most interesting thing about him. Don't get me wrong, I like him, but he's a long, long, long way from being one of my favourites.

I don't hate him, I just don't care about him.

I don't like the character. He's pompous, bigoted, treated his sister badly, stole the love of Johnny Storms life; in short he's a jerk.

I never found him that interesting in the comics, but he was awesome in Days of Future Past.
