Exactly. It seems the OP does not understand that the greatness and threat of a villain doesn't have anything to do with their fighting skills. Lex Luthor has the fighting skills of a chimp but still remains Supermans greatest villain.

This is pretty much what I was going to say. I love him, hes great, but he is also overrated as in alot of people think hes the best thing in comics and that he is not.
this. While I love the complexity of his character and such,I do NOT consider him the greatest villain in all of the history of comics. That's just GREATLY overselling it. By the same token,I love Batman,but don't consider him the greatest hero of all time.
