The Joker has been known to be a great phantom-like escape artist, frequently breaking out of Arkham Asylum at will. However, despite its maximum security and modern Alcatraz appearance, Arkham has been referred to as very badly looked after with terrible staff, bad security etc. Though Joker has escaped other seemingly impossible situations, is he capable of escaping Metropolis's Strykers Island, one of if not the most secure prison in the DCU if he was locked up there?
Let's say the current prisoners with Joker are Parasite, Bronze Tiger, Bloodsport, Ultra Humanite, Dr. Psycho and KGBeast. How could he use them to his advantage? Could he escape?
