And is it infinitely stronger than the other super Saiyan forms?

Is Super Saiyan god omnipotent?
@superlightning123: If it were an omnipotent form, then he wouldn't have been beaten.
@experio: @arturocalakayvee: @erik: @fallschirmjager: how much power can god Goku output?
@superlightning123: He likely can't even actually destroy our solar system.
SSj Goku can destroy 10 planets. At SSj3, that's 80 planets. Let's assume Goku is 10x stronger than he was at the end of Z, just for argument's sake, that makes him capable of destroying 800 planets.
Next, lets assume Gohan is just as strong, and can also destroy 800 planets. Furthermore, let's assume Vegeta is actually stronger than Goku, and can destroy 1000 planets! We'll also assume Trunks and Gohan can each destroy the 10 planets goku could at Buu saga, cause why not.
All totaled, that's 2620 planets! Sweet!
However, assuming those planets are the size of jupiter, he's still not even close to destroying a solar system, though he would finally be a star buster. However, assuming those are earth sized planets, as they likely are, that's not even enough to destroy the Sun.
@dratini1331: isn't that up there with dc powerhouses?
Yeah obviously.
What?
@dratini1331: isn't that up there with dc powerhouses?
Yes, SSG is comparable, if not stronger, by that scaling. However, I also over-scaled the ever loving crap out of that. Using just what we know for sure, the numbers actually line up like this:
80 (Goku) + 80 (Gohan) + 80 (Vegeta) + 10(trunks) + 10(Goten) = 260 planets. Assuming that's a jupiter sized planet? He can't even destroy our sun. Assuming those are Earth sized? He can't even destroy Jupiter.
Goku is comparable to comic powerhouses as an SSG, but lacks any feats to really do so. That's the main problem. His lack of distinguishable feats makes him, well, hard to accurately gauge. He's certainly stronger, but we don't know by how much.
He's comparable to the Comic powerhouse tier nomrally though. I personally place him around WW tier, but physically weaker. He's fast, a good fighter, and hits hard, but lacks excessive durability to back him up.
@farkam: Well... the MVC Goku is omnipotent....
@savagesick97: fanfiction goku don't count
@kyrees: M'kay....

You can't really measure it because he ascended passed the 3D plane to sense it. Have any of you watched Bleach about spiritual pressure? Something in that sense but with Ki instead which also translates to spiritual energy. Goku's "God form" is above 3D. Maybe 4,5D too if you take into account the Spirit Realm whom even King Kai couldn't even sense.
@alberto_weskardo: Haven't seen the movie, It shouldn't comparable to bleach. It also does not exceed dimensions in that way, at least not what I think you're thinking. Unlike, say, DC's 5 dimensional beings, he doesn't just get stronger per dimension he gets to, and visa versa. I may be miss understanding you though.
I'm just using power scaling. Bills' best stated feat is destroying a solar system anyways, so it stands to reason SSG couldn't destroy a solar system, being weaker than bills and all.
@mitran: what kind of calculations?
@dratini1331: would he be a serious theat if he were a Villian in dc ?
@superlightning123: depends on who he's fighting. Obviously, he would make a serious threat for people of that level, e.g. Superman or Lanterns that aren't Kyle. He probably isn't the biggest threat for people who have easy enough ways around him like MMH or Dr. Fate or Spectre, etc. etc. He's a pretty serious threat morals off, as he can destroy likely destroy Earth. I'd see him as a more serious threat than n52 Helspont personally.
To go off topic, I think that now is the perfect time to actually do a shounen jump DC/Marvel crossover with DBZ and the JL or DBZ and the Avengers. Bare minimum, Disney could easily purchase the rights to use DBZ and make a crossover. Whichever of the 2 big companies does this first will be rolling in heaps of fanboy cash.
It's perfect since DBZ just got a multiverse, so they'd finally have an excuse to travel between dimensions and meet the big western characters. Do you have any idea how much money a superman/Goku serialization would make? All of it. It would make all of the money.
@dratini1331: ...I'm drooling here
Don't know.
But if Goku was omnipotent why does the SSJGod form have a power limit? Goku said he was fighting at 70% in God form when fighting Bills. So wouldn't this mean that SSJGod haves limits?
So most likely no SSJGod is not omnipotent.
@hart7668: I know right? I would love to see a DC style serialization for the pairing, and then see the JL drawn by toriyama/animated by Toei. If Toei could do an animated JL/avengers, it would probably be the best animated film/series thus far for the characters, especially for the avengers IMO.
@hart7668: @dratini1331: so what about a morals off super Saiyan god at 100% max power?
@mitran: what kind of calculations?
@dratini1331: would he be a serious theat if he were a Villian in dc ?
lots of big numbers
@superlightning123: what about it? he's strong yes, if that's your question.
@fallschirmjager: I agree.Well guys, theres ur answer.
@dratini1331: you think they would be able to fight off Goku if he was pissed and in god mode at 100%?
@dratini1331: every on the Jla at once?
@superlightning123: Pre-52: not happening.
New-52: If it's just regular JL 7, he might be able to, though I doubt it. Hal, WW god mode, and Superman put together should be enough to put him down since he has a time limit for now IIRC.
yes....... well if he actually is the god of saiyans because "GODs" are omnipotent beings by nature so yeah unless he isn't actually a god and the name super saiyan God is just a name and doesn't actually equate to his form
@superlightning123: Akira toriyama quote:
"The keywords this time, “God of Destruction Beerus” and “Super Saiyan God”, were suggestions from the scriptwriter, but they were good ideas for presenting a crisis for the main characters, who had grown so strong that they’d reached a point where there was nothing higher. I borrowed these ideas, and after first deciding on Beerus’ character design and background, I tried thinking up an original story, imagining it as though [the manga's] serialization had continued. The God of Destruction Beerus, who I drew the design for myself (something I don’t usually do), is a terrifying opponent so overwhelmingly strong that he surpasses the dimension of the previous enemies."
