Is New 52 cannon?

in new 52 everyone seems so powered down, and they do things that they will never do, like superman crashing into people at high speeds, flash is as slow as a really fast quicksilver.

Dude, the New 52 is the cannon now. Technically, everything pre-52 isn't cannon anymore.

Also, minor nitpick; I think Flash is still definitely faster than Quicksilver, or at least much more versatile. Not many good things came out of the reboot, but IMO, Flash's power level is one of them... he's just about perfect right now in that regard. That's totally unrelated though.

New 52 is the new canon. Technically, it makes things that came before it non-canon.

It's canon until DC reboots again in 25 years or so. That's literally been the pattern for major reboots. 25 years after COIE finished, the New 52 has come into play
