If we include Alan Scott, no. Without Alan I would have to say yes.

@joeagentofhand1: does that mean alan scott could beat larfleeze?

What about Atrocitus?

#6 Posted by JonSmith (4005 posts) - - Show Bio

@Stronger: Atrocitus is just one Lantern. While he may have much rage, Larfleeze is his entire Corps rolled into one ring.

On topic, the only Lantern who could potentially rival Larfleeze currently is probably Kyle Raynar, as he gains greater mastery over his new powers.

Not exactly possessed. He's now learning to control all of the colors in the emotional spectrum with just his Green ring. He's already got Hope, Rage, Compassion, Fear, and Avarice under his belt. All he needs to gain total mastery over it is master Love. To take full stock of his powers currently:

He can vomit superheated plasma and attack with superhuman ferocity and savagery with the power of Red Rage.

He can heal people physically and emotionally, in addition to supercharging his own Green Ring with the power of Blue Hope.

He can teleport and drain Lantern energy with the power of Indigo Compassion.

He can tap into the fears of those around him, and use those fears both to boost his power, and create constructs to manipulate them with the power of Yellow Fear.

He can create living constructs capable of independent action and thought, along with draining the life forces of others to create new constructs with the power of Orange Avarice.

All in addition to his own natural skill and abilities with the Green Lantern ring.

This If he does it he will far surpass Larfleeze.

@JonSmith: He 's got a hell of an upgrade......

I'm gonna go with no as well. Larfleeze does have exclusive use of the orange lantern most of the time, but that doesn't always equate to a high level of power. Lex Luthor was giving him quite a run and Kyle is certainly mastering the colors at a record pace. Most of all, though, Hal Jordan, who only had the same fractional use of Green as other lanterns, was able to override the safety protocols of the green ring and kill Krona.

Don't see how Hal Jordan is comparable to someone like Larfleeze.

Pretty sure Atrocitus was pounding Larfleeze pretty well in Blackest Night. Could have been reading it through RL fangirl glasses but I don't think so. Bottom line, he was holding his own, so Larfleeze is not > Atrocitus, and is therefore not the most powerful Lantern. He may have the whole corps, but apparently his corps just isn't as good.
