Probably. I doubt that it's ever been explicitly stated and probably never will but the Joker has done, like... everything else. I really doubt he draws a sudden moral boundary at rape. That being said, I'm not that he'd have a ton of actual interest in it, either, unless it were somehow a piece of a bigger puzzle.

I don't think he would actually rape someone, not because I think he'd have any moral issue with it, I just don't think it'd be his style. Rape is usually more about power than sex and Joker never really seemed that interested in the insubstantial feeling of power, the only time he ever really even grasps at power is when he believes he can use it to screw with Batman. I believe Superman made this point in Emperor Joker.

Um, he never raped anyone in The Dark Knight... And just because you use a knife doesn't mean you get a death penalty. It's what you use it for that's the kicker. And even if carrying - or possessing - a knife is illegal in some places, it's only a misdemeanor, not a felony.

Also, Batman's villains never get the death penalty because eventually he would run out of villains to fight.

Nice too See your back. Kinda. Answer The Joker is one of the least Villains Batman has that could be a rapist canon wise. Even in the killing joke it was never confirmed. Scarecrow and Mad Hatter have better chances.

I think the only Gillian's of batman should gotten death penalty is Harley Quinn (arkham city) and joker from new 52 also Quinn from new 52 too
