Is it just me or was Amazing Spiderman 2 really bad?

This must be the worst superhero movie i've seen, yes even worse then X-men Origins... And here is why

• The biggest reason for me is the CGI, there is too much CGI in the movie which is also a big waste of money for the company so that is a huge fail, the first ASM was alright, but Electro scenes was just too much, the lightning looked cartoonish and unreal
• Harry Osborn... They had the worst pick for a cast for Harry Osborn, and the fact that his plot sucked badly. Harry's and Peter's relation was just stiff
• Spiderman... Was it just me who realized that Spiderman became more childish in the movie? he didn't take anything serious, and when he tried to be serious he was overdoing his acting
• The beginning... Probably the suckiest start of an movie ever, it was jus unecessary to show us that

The only good part of the film is Peter's and Gwen's chemistry

It was really really really bad, but Fant4stic was worse.

If you list ASM2 as the WORST superhero movie you've seen then you haven't truly dove into the bottom of the barrel.

It's okay that your opinion is wrong; you still have time to grow and develop.

It had flaws, but I liked it and thought it was very enjoyable.

I can understand why someone wouldn't like it, but I think calling it the worst superhero movie ever is ridiculous.

I mean... When you have films like Steel in the bunch...

@rouflex: Steel is not that bad, the actor fits for him big and bulky.

It wasn't as bad as Man of Steel, but it was pretty bad (though I think they got Spideys character right)

It was the worst Spider-Man movie (which is sad since The Amazing Spider-Man 1 was my favorite Spider-Man movie behind Spider-Man 2) I've ever seen but not the worst Superhero movie I've ever seen.

Both amazing spiderman movies were so bad Sony sold the rights, garfield will never have another major role and thousands of young kids probably will never get into spiderman because of how truly bad those movies were. They made spiderman a pussy who never won a fight, no likes gwen, and gatfield was trying to make spiderman gay. Of course it sucked

Those movies were not that bad. I hate that actors get the blame when a movie is seen as crap. Andrew didn't write or direct, place blame where it's due.

The worst part of the second movie to me was Rhino. Jesus, after the Guantlet story line I was so happy with the portrayal of one of my favorite villains, then, boom, all that character potential just ruined.

He was the goofiest bad guy I had ever seen, and that sucked considering how menacing Paul G can be (See Shoot Em Up)

I thought it okay. The story was pretty bad and the entire love story felt stupid. Those were the things that brought the movie down for me. The CGI was okay and Harry surprised me in his character and acting. There's definitely much worse cbms out there.

IMO Amazing Spider-man 2 was a bad movie but it wasn't the worst Superhero movie ever made. The Car chase at the start, Peter and Gwen's chemistry and Gwen's death were the best parts.

If you thought the film had good parts then surely it can't be the worst Superhero film of all time.

Personally I thought the film was mediocre, it combined the worst aspects of Spider-Man 3 and the MCU.

It was the true definition of mediocre. Not horrible, but far away from being bad. It's a shame, cause I love the Spidey they gave us.

IMHO, calling it the worst is about as ridiculous as calling it the best.

To me it was just a painfully average movie and a poor adaption on Spider-Man.

Never saw it :-|

I liked it more than ASM1.
