Is Grundy considered a Batman villain?

So I'm not very familiar with Solomon Grundy, you know the gray guy who looks like Hulk in the DCU.

After seeing him in JLU cartoons, I became interested in the character but I don't know who he is a villain of.

I remember reading that the swamp he fell in was near Gotham so I thought he would most likely be a villain of Batman. Correct?

Probably, but I'm pretty sure in most cases he's a follower of whoever gets their hands on him when he resurrects, depending on his mental state when he does so.

Eh...kinda. He was part of the Gotham Rogues in Long Halloween, and has clashed with Bats couple of times. Slaughter Swamp is just outside Gotham, after all. He's also been a JL villain.

Hasnt he been a Swamp Thing villain at some point too? This guy gets around.

From what I know he started as a Alan Scott villain but from what I've seen, he's been put more as a Batman villain, so I consider him more as a Batman villain.

He is a villain that clashes with batman more than anybody else so yeah I would consider him a batman villain.

Right now he's more of an Earth-2 villain

Though he has featured in various Batman comics, I wouldn't necessarily lump him in the same category as Joker, Two Face and Penguin.
