Is Geoff Johns Muslim?

He's Lebanese and lived in Dearborn, Michigan (leading to his fandom of JL Detroit and creating Baz).

Actually he's American. He just has Lebanese ancestry. I doubt that had an effect on his religious views though. His parents names are Fred and Barbara, FFS.

@bsaa: No. I've never heard of an Islamic family Americanizing their names. The heritage probably comes from a generation up. Johns also went to the Arab American National Museum in Dearborn to learn all he could about Muslims so he wouldn't reinforce any stereotypes when creating Simon Baz. If he was Muslim himself, I don't know why he'd need to do that. And to me he just looks like a white dude. "Arab Sheldon Cooper" is a stretch.
