Is Earth One superior to the New 52?

In 2010, Superman Earth One Vol 1 helped shape a universe ripe with real world consequences on a level not even the Nolan Bat films ever reached. Supposedly though, 2011's New 52 reboot claimed this sort of trend as well except expand such ideas beyond for each o their books. While Earth One might recieve criticism for long schedule delays and slow albeit honest characterization, most of the ratings range in the positive as opposed to New 52 in which results are purely bi polar with Scott Snyder's Batamn the best and Red Hood's solo book considered one of the worst.

In the end I do wonder is the Earth One imprint superior to New 52 or is it not?
