Is Deathstroke smarter or Batman?

Deathstroke can think faster. That's it.

Batman's a genius polymath with as much amassed knowledge as da Vinci.

Deathstroke is a better tactician than Batman, but Bruce is better than Slade in pretty much every other category regarding intelligence.

You could argue who's a better strategist or tactician. But aside from that, Batman.

Slade is superior in terms of visual-spatial and logical/mathematical intelligence.

Batman is better at everything else as well as general 'underlying intelligence', that's how I've always seen it.
