Is Deadpool ever serious and when

Seriously I mean, I love this character, but it would be awesome to do kinda what Spidey did when aunt may was dying except for a long while. He is too playful sometimes

That's the point, he's such a badass that he can joke around and still dance circles around you. You want the Merc with a mouth to lose the mouth? =O

The only time I have ever seen Deadpool serious was at Cable's funeral service.

i always figured he was always a little serious deep down (to a point) because whenever he's making a plan to take someone out, no matter how goofy he acts or random his actions, it always seems to work out. especially when he lost his healing factor and he actually had to plan much further ahead than usual

Don't know what this is from, I found it on the internet, I was looking for a scan from a Civil War comic I had read where he was fighting Cable, and was very serious, saying that it stopped being fun to play the idiot when you didn't know if you were playing anymore.

@mandoviking: That Panel is from Deadpool series, (even tho it shows the X-force) I believe its the "Dead" arch... which just came out in trade.

Hes serious when hes talking about or eating chimichangas , he don't F around when it comes to chimichangas.

The Past 2 issues from the new series had some really good charactor moments and a ... more serious tone.. really excited to see where that goes.
