Is "Civil War" Worth Buying

I've only read half of one issue 5 years ago and I thought it was interesting. Now that it's finished, I was wondering whether it was worth buying the whole arc?

I'm not sure about the regular trade by Mark Millar, but the Civil War: Avengers HC is awesome. Full of content (about 550 pages) and covers most of the story. The only thing it's really lacking is the battles that are in the regular trade. They are usually just glossed over in the news which is the only disappointing aspect about it.

The story also works pretty well on it's own, you don't need to know too much about what happened in Civil War 1-7 to have a good grasp on the story.

Well I just dropped 13$ on Civil War 1-7, hoping those are the best.

You're lucky to get them for that much. I rarely see it under 20.
