Is Batman suffering from a psychotic disorder?

I love Batman comics not because of the Dark Knight in general or any of his "Bat-Friends" but because of the interesting array of villains he has to face. Each and every one of them can be clinically diagnosed as psychopaths with their own mental issues (especially the Joker). But what intrigues me is how the villains always seem to escape Arkham Asylum at the best of times. Arkham is supposed to be a secure facility and Commissioner Gordon goes to great lengths to ensure it's secure yet, the baddies just keep escaping. Also, what is up with the "No Killing" rule Batman has? In my point of view most of the villains deserve to die for their crimes yet, they still run rampant in Gotham butchering innocents. Which has led me to come up with this theory : What if Batman does this on purpose just so he can be "The Hero Gotham Deserves." What if, Batman lets these villains run loose, breaks them out of prison and abstains from killing them just so he can go and play hero? Think about it...

Well by our world's standards. Yes, Batman is insane and a run on joke as always been that both heroes and villains don't kill each other for the same reasons. But in his world, it's normal to dress like an animal and fight crime. Also this is the Same universe that can't tell Superman is Clark Kent. And believed that Lex Luthor was set up by an evil doppelganger.

@riddlerzeroyear: Megalomania. He also seems to have voyeuristic fetishes as well. Did he really have to watch Diana and Clark slob each other down? Exactly how much did he watch after what was shown to us?

He wants to do right. By his standards, the right thing to do is not to kill. If he kills he is afraid he will become the evil he fights against. Seems pretty morally correct to me.

What about Superman and Spider-Man rogues, they are far more destructive and always escape prisons yet are not killed, so does that mean they do it on purpose so they can play heroes? Same with the 90% of comic book heroes.

He's not a psychopath because he refuses to kill, that's pretty much the only thing about him that's NOT psychopathic.

In one of my psychology classes, the book made a direct reference to him and said he would fall under a schizoid personality disorder I think.
