Is Arno smarter than Tony?

If Arno is smarter than Tony(which would make sense), how does he stack up against Marvel's other geniuses?

I don't know but I think Tony might be smarter.

Arno is from the future. He was exposed to more and far better technologies so a genius of the present may not be as much of a genius of the future. I regular electrician could seem like a genius to a man who was just discovering and pioneering the ideas of electricity.
