Is a Jurassic Park T.V series feisable?

Would people watch a television series about the franchise, in particular if it was done during the pre movie era (AKA, while the park was being built, Dinosaurs bred, ect ect)

Who would be the best to direct such a show, and what network would it air on

I would watch it, as long as its good.

Nope. It'd be way too expensive to pull off.

But if they were to pull it off, Spielberg should be involved, and it'd have to be on HBO. I have no idea who I'd select as show runner.
