Is a bloodlusted Doctor with prep invencible?

I recently started re-watching the old series and he was taking omnipotents down like pigs in a slaughter house.So i came up with thread.

No....... He's just the Master now.....

@judasnixon: The main reason the Doctor is able to defeat the Master is because he is smarter than him.The Master is a gifted and insane timelord,the Doctor is genius timelord.

It depends. Sometimes when bloodlusted one can't think straight. It may hinder the prep time. But he can probably be invincible if he truly wanted to be.
