Iron Fist vs Batman

Like many, think Batman is a very cool (if not the coolest) comice book character. Similarily, think iron fist's character is pretty cool as well. Of course when people (on those rare occassions) talk about both, Batman usually gets the edge. But really?? Take away all of the biases...Is it that far of a reach to think that Iron Fist could beat batman in a hand to hand fight??
