How will the Son of Hulk view his fathers new direction in life?

Given that he's currently... indisposed... Being in another dimension and brainwashed at the moment, he probably hasn't had the time or opportunity to sit down and hack into SHIELD to locate his estranged father's latest whereabouts.

Is the Hulk in Indestructible Savage? I though the just hadn't been given the opportunity to speak.

Regardless, Skaar's reaction will probably be the same as when he first met Savage Hulk, "WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY FATHER YOU MINDLESS ABOMINATION?!" Granted, that was a bit verbose for Skaar. Think all of that, but spoken in sword.

Since the series is pretty Banner-centric he will have the opportunity to explain to his son
