If you redesigned a character and tried making it look bad?

Let's say you are hired to redesign any one comic book character you want, and the company cannot change your design or refuse it. If you were trying to make a character look bad, but not over-the-top-stupid, who would you redesign, and what changes would you make?

New 52 Harley Quinn - Don't change a thing.

Bad as in cool? M.O.D.O.K.

Blade or Ghost Rider and I'd put them in tights.

Give Storm an afro.

Give Superman a metal armor like the Cap armor.

Give Batman two belts of pouches across his chest.

Give Cyclops a giant red X on his face....oh wait.

I would give Batman one of these but it carries Robin and Batman would also have a fanny pack. I would give the flash a cape and make his mask a domino mask. I would give Superman a hood. I would have the Hulk have a spandex suit.

SOMEONE MAKE THIS HAPPEN NOW!!!

AHAHA... This is funny... shave wolverine and make him bald, give superman weapons... heck give all the superheros who wear spandex waist down basketball ball shorts.

Ahsoka Tano would have a nice, cheery, colorful lightsaber blade, placed comfortably and fashionably through her abdomen.

I would change Cosmic Boys outfit to this.

I would give wolverine a Jedward hair cut and make him dress like a reject for the teletubies
