If you could run Comic Vine, what would you do differently????

if you were the boss..how would you control the layout of the website...the types of videos...the members???
 
I'm curious to know...

i would add a voice type deal though, for the blind. 
i know, they can't see comics, but i don't rule out they 
listen to movies and there might be some with simliar 
interests as everyone on the site.
 
i'd probably also add a politics/religion board.
i think this would fly for whatever reason.

I'd give myself the ability to change main pictures (at the rate I'm going I'll never get there). There are so many poor ones or that have been there forever and are annoying.

I'd add a block feature.  The vast majority of people here are great, but we've all encountered someone that just makes you want to bash your head against a wall.

Exactly!

I'd ask the members of Comicvine what they'd like to see in a possible update of the site, and actually take that into account. And warn ahead of time that there was an update coming so the impact wouldn't be so big but everyone knew what to expect.

Strange enough I would want some new staffers to do reviews...I love Babs have great respect for G-man but 
some black, mexican, latino or other reviewer sensitive to other issues would make for a great counter reviewer to 
the more mainstream cast.
