If not street level, powerhouse then what?

A Powerhouse is usually defined as someone that is way over at least the 50 ton correct? And a street leveler is below 10 tons correct? Then what would the middle be called such as Spiderman level? Thanks in advance

Typically I've seen Spiderman classified as High Level Street Tier.

Lots of the Tournaments in the Battle Forum limit the Strength Level to Spiderman for Street Level Tournaments.

@oreoassassin: The description of a character as a powerhouse does not really define them at or above a specific strength level. You can have a powerhouse 'street level' character i.e. Spiderman, who is typically at the upper limit of being street level. Thus the term powerhouse is applicable to any character who sits high up in their respective tiers.

Superior descriptions for the different ranks of character/strength would do a lot to help clear this up.

Spider-Man is only "street level" because he deals with street level crime most of the time. He's really a low end mid-tier, otherwise you could call him the absolute pinnacle of street level.
