Nightwing would never go rogue. His hearth is his main feature and one of nicest heroes of DC Universe, plus when became "partner" of Deathstroke, he still would did the right thing and train Rose Wilson as more heroic way. Plus if he went rogue for some reason Original Titans (Arsenal, Donna Troy, Tempest and The Flash) and/or Barbara Gordon would find peaceful way to stop him or simple would talk and convise him out of it.

I'd think if it was Pre-52 Bruce'd electrify his gear. If he was;t using his standard gear, Bruce would fight him and win.

New 52, Dick'd have Spyral at his back, so Bruce really can't win.

@_dox_: Expose them would be a problem but with Bruce Wayne's personal wealth he could quite easily hire people (which he would never do) Could also ask the Outlaws for help ect... Would have a lot of options and could quite easily destroy Spyral unless they have a few metahuman members I am unaware of.

@guru_crack: They have hypnos tech allowing them to be completely untraceable and they have The Tiger, Huntress, The Hood, and 43 other highly trained spies and killers. The Outlaws would pose a problem, but mercs hired by Wayne would not. Also, Dick basically destroyed the entire justice league and midnighter in fights..

@_dox_: I remember the Midnighter fight and destroy is the opposite of what happened with what everyone says. Deathstroke is a merc Wayne could hire. if the Outlaws pose a threat I fail to see how batman couldn't handle them. Really looking forward to reading volume 1 of Grayson to be honest.

@guru_crack: If Grayson could formulate a strategy on how to beat the entire justice league, he could beat the Outlaws. As for Deathstroke, all of spyral could beat him.
