I would. Hate doesn't solve anything, and in the end they are just people. People who can manipulate magnetism and control the weather, but still just people.

Assuming they did exist, would there be X-Men, X-Force, X-Factor, the School for Gifted Youngsters, Brotherhood, Purifiers, Weapon X, etc.?

I was thinking, in the real world we would need a registration program so keep it real, we cant have a sylar. We would need a response team with mutants and normal people to keep them under control , those who rebel that is, people who are registered and in the law would be free to do as they please. After all, they are the next step in evolution.
