If i get my PS4 replaced will my trophies transfer

When I pulled my PS4 from the box it had a scratch/crack on it and im thinking about getting it replaced since I paid for a brand new one and it shouldn't be scratched, but I still decided to play some Infamous on it and I ended up getting a lot of trophies and I am wondering if I get my system replaced if my game save and trophies will be transferred to the new one if I log in with my regular PSN account I have

@blade_r: Of course. Games saves? No. Only if you have PS Plus and uploaded them to cloud storage.

Alright well that works out perfect because I have to do at least 1 moreplay through in Infamous anyway with evil karma and as long as I keep all the trophies I got for the good karma play through I should be good, thanks for the help.
