The parks would be way safer too. The parks were actually really safe in the movies too... (JP1 and JW being the only ones with parks). In J1, Newman released all the dinosaurs. In JW, they created a fictional dinosaur that was so smart that it was able to fool the heat sensors, and trick the handlers into opening the door.

I think that scientists today could probably create a "zoo" that would safely keep dinosaurs away from the public.

But your other questions, like how dinosaurs would interact with other animals, or if they'd be kept as pets, etc., are based on speculation. All we can do is guess, or admit that only God can truly know the answers to these questions, since He is omniscient.

The main reason people would be scared if the park in a real life setting they think the movie could happen in real life. Which wouldn't happen if a lion broke out of the zoo doesn't mean you'll be mauled by a polar bear

I think the sauropods would prob be used as livestock due to the size

Most others would be put into a captivity of some sort as the Eco system really wouldn't want dinosaurs to mix with the other animals...

I have to believe that despite all our tech, Dinos are going to cause a good deal of damage and some rights group is going to make a big deal about potentially bombing them back into extinction, thus delaying said bombing.

Yes...massively, they were obviously dangerous but it's amplified in Hollywood. For example the Spinosaurus (or T-Rex) from Jurassic Park 3 would never be able to break through our reinforced fences/walls. Raptors could well have been intelligent hunters, but how intelligent is speculation and it's doubtful they'd be anywhere close to what they are in the films.

They would not...they'd eat them or getting eaten depending on which.

Yes...the herbivores were likely incredibly docile and only aggressive when protecting their young, a problem you wouldn't have if they don't have young. The omnivores and carnivores maybe, but only really small ones like Compi's, any Raptor could easily kill you off guard and most dinosaurs would be too large.

Have you looked into Komodo dragons? There will be no pets of any kind. Unless you think keeping something around that can potentially kill you and eat you out of house and home are "cute" and "companionable".

@spider-manwins: Right. The fact that dinosaur DNA even exists is a strong blow against old earth/universe theories. If dinosaurs really lived millions of years ago, that DNA should be degraded.

I'm pretty sure animals have only been recreated from pre-existing lifeforms.
