Spider-Woman.

Really I would much more enjoyed a woman Spidey after the original trilogy. Making Peter Parker Spidey after so short time is a pointless I think. There are tons of other characters which could have been done and Spider-Woman could be interesting. Plus. considerin that movies with the female as a lead character are quite popular now (Hunger Games, Divergence, and even that Twilight), Superhero woman movie would be great to see.

I have a feeling that it wouldn't have done very well. Even if they promoted the heck out of it, Spider Woman just isn't that well known by the general public. In order for it to be successful they would have to establish Spider-Man first.

There's a good chance we could see her in the spin-off movie they're planning, though.

Good point. Still, I think one of the main reasons Guardians did so well was because it didn't only have Marvel Studios' name attached to it, it had the whole Star Wars-type genre as a selling point. Just my opinion, though.
