OK, so, if Superman were to use his laser vision, and cross the beams, that would create nuclear fusion, the same process that goes on with the sun, and since his heat vision is solar energy, the crossed beams would in turn power him further, thus powering the beams more, creating a sort of mini-sun where the beams cross. Eventually, the power of the beams would create a star that would burn through its energy so fast it would go Supernova, and then collapse into a black hole. So, theoretically, Superman can create black holes.
I think I just made Superman WAY more powerful...
@charetter115: actually the sun isn't alimented by nuclear fission but by nuclear fusion, and even if he was powered by fission like an uranium bomb, I do not think he could create a star big enough to create a black hole, even our sun isn't big enough.
@therrieur: My bad, I always get those two mixed up. I will change it.
Don't tell Zod this or we're all screwed LOL. Man this is interesting...How come hasn't anyone though of this before.
@nappystr8: Because the Hydrogen lasers from his eyes collide at a high speed and the nuclei fuse together into Helium.
@charetter115: They would say that in the DKR a less powerful version already survived a Nuke. Trololol
@dernman: Nukes are not even close to a Supernova, much less a Black Hole. A supernova would wipe out the entire Solar System. The nuke had a six mile radius, a Supernova has an approximate 146,962,500,000,000,000,000 mile radius. Black Holes have an event horizon of at least 90,814,500 miles in radius, but the exact number is unknown. The event horizon means once you pass it, it cannot be escaped. Just for reference, Earth's event horizon is .00000186411 miles. Take that fanboys.
@charetter115: Did you miss the "trololol" showing that I was joking and actually making fun of Batman fans?
@dernman: no, I just need to come up with counters to any possible Batman argument that is not PIS. It is like an OCD compelled thing
@rwebb18: Not if Superman is 146,962,500,000,000,000,000 miles away from the Earth when he does this.
You can't create energy out of nothing. Superman using his own power to empower himself gives power output over 100%. In other words, efficiency over 1, even equating to which is impossible by thermoD law.
