I've never read a legit comic front to back.

EVER.

I figure I've been here long enough that I should probably start, you know, ACTUALLY READING THEM. So tell me this:

1: Where can I read comics online for free? I know manga is online for free but I can't find comics anywhere.

2: Where the hell do I start?

3: Any other advice?

I appreciate your help.

@racob7:

1. Check out Comixology. They've got a decent selection of free or ridiculously cheap comics.

2. Pick one of your favorite characters and look at the recommended reading on their wiki page.

3. Try some new 52 or Marvel NOW series'.

We aren't going to point you toward free comics because it indirectly (or directly, depending on your view) harms the already fragile industry that us actual comic readers actually support. As someone else said, Comixology has a fairly large selection of free issues you can read, but probably nothing that particularly excites you. Comixology also offers great deals on a regular basis, however, if it's any consolation.

@racob7: Sure.

Also, Comixology is great. Although I prefer physical copies.
