Dude come on, the Hulk, he can like destroy planets, Batman take forever to deal with like tommy guns, HUlk can demolish Tanks andJets as easily as jumping like 100 feet at a time and lifting small mountains, popularity contest aside, Hulk would PWN

i think hulk wouldnt be able to hit batman. I think batman would easily evade him all day long till hulk gets bored and gives up. other than that batman would hide in the shadows so hulk cant find him catchs hulk off guard every time. Batman i dont think cant beat the hulk in to submission but i dont think that the hulk could get the best of batman either

the first mistake was allowing the fight to be in gotham.....batman has that whole city preped for EVERTHING you think batman would not have a plan for an out of control powerhouse in his city?? DC has at least 15 heroes that are MORE powerful than HULK and Bats has plan to take em all down....
