How would you make it?

The government wants you to make a indestructible shield, just like Captain America's. Using today's science and technology, what metals, chemicals, minerals....etc, would you use to make shield with all the properties of Captain America's?

A lot of old Nokia Phones, and Duct tape.

I'm not really a chemist...

As for the moment i would be pretty happy if i would make CapAmerica's shield out of carton, paper & tape. :D

But really, i guess i would use tytanium, gold and diamonds ( they are the hardest thing on earth, right? Or is it just a myth? )

I'd like to see something break through this.

Well carbon fiber seems to be the logical choice, though it's not going to be anywhere as durable as the shield in comics.
