How would you bring back Bishop??? - Gen. Discussion

i've been re-watching the 90's x-men and just started to wonder what if he bishop had become a great character and came back t the x-men ?

so my questions are :

if u would bring bishop back how you do it?

what type of x-men team would he be on ?

would he stay as a villian or go back to being a hero?

what writer do you think could write bishop well ?

would he have a love interest or not ?

what artist do u think would fit his look?

lastly why are there two time travelers cable & bishop?

They come from slightly different eras in time. I'd bring him back as a villain or merc. He'd fit in good as an X-Force member but it would be hard to explain why he suddenly is on good terms with the x-men teams .
