How would Quicksilver do as a Flash Replacment?

If Barry were to die and Bart and Wally were busy or doing something else how would Quicksilver do as a over all replacement? I know he's not as fast but how would he do as a replacement?

He would get owned by the Rogues quite badly

He would be destroyed by the rogues. Central City would need to call in the Justice League of America and everything would go downhill

Poorly. He doesn't have the right sort of personality for consistent heroism, and if we assume he's dealing with them alone (which he would be, since Quicksilver sucks at asking for help) he'd get crushed by Flash's enemies.

Superman would get the job done faster.

He might be okay against a few of the lower level rogues but if someone like Zoom or Captain Cold showed up he'd get murdered.

He wouldn't last a month.

He would be late for everything.
