Not sure. He may if she's a legit challenge to his skill, but at the same time he did also try to spare Chichi when they fought, so I dunno.

Pretty sure Saiyan's care more about strength than gender in deciding who to fight.

In DB he did beat up pilafs henchman, one of which was a female. He also kicked launch in the face, so he as a kid clearly didn't care to much.

It will never happend. Dragon ball Z is a total sausage fest. The only slightly relevant female is C18 and she became the love interest of somebody (still with no personality). There has never been a female villain who was as important of any major villain and was put in the story just for the purpose of having a cool villain.

Well in the first video Goku held back, and even said he wasn't trying to hurt Chi Chi with his attack. A powerful female villain would most likely get taken out like any other.

Goku has never had any trouble hitting women. The only reason why Chi-Chi was the exception was because he knew he could kill her with a tap.

I don't think any female villains or fighters will even be a problem for Goku, especially these days (well, not unless that she'd be a powerful God like Bill's). If she's a threat he'll still fight her but I don't think he'll go that far like the male characters. It would just end in a comedic situation where she'll be shocked in Goku's abilities -- like Princess Snake -- and just give up and marry one of the Z warriors and have kids -- thus being in the side lines like everyone else, or end in a situation where she gets killed by her own power or by someone she's working with like Zangya and Bojack.
